1. 1. We are currently billed individually for every single letter. At the moment, we only have 1 staff member using our REX to CRM2Print integration. As we move more people onto this, is there an easy way to see who is using how much postage so we can allocate the expense to them? At the moment I would need to look at each individual invoice as I can't see it per cost center.
  2. Answer: We don't currently have this in place but are happy to look into providing this as a weekly or monthly report. However, in the interim, we can update your account from individual invoicing to weekly. This way you only have to check one invoice and can more easily count the letters per cost center.

  • 2. Why am I receiving 504 error- The request could not be satisfied?

  • Answer: It turns out that several of the PriceFinder Ownership records now have "N/A"  in the Current Owners Address field, which was causing issues with our address validation code. We will have to report this to our technical team and we will get back to you right away once the fix has been deployed.

  • 3. Tips
    • For future letters, please position the address block a little higher to ensure the entire address block is clearly visible inside the window of the envelope. When you edit the letter template on Rex please perform a preview. The preview should show a red box, indicating the position and size of the address window.
